Terms of Service

1. Purpose

ScoreMigos is a 100% free sports prediction game made for fun among friends. It is a game of skill (predictions): ScoreMigos offers no stake, no money betting and no cash prize. The service therefore does not fall under gambling regulations.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or using ScoreMigos, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

3. Account

Registration is free and requires a valid e-mail address and a nickname. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account. One account per person: creating multiple accounts to distort a leaderboard is prohibited and may lead to removal of the accounts involved.

4. Game rules and fair play

Predictions must be submitted before the deadlines (kick-off times). You play "for glory": cheating, abusive automation or any manipulation of the standings is prohibited.

Multiple accounts and prizes. Two rules, not to be confused:

• One person playing several accounts forfeits the prize. If we establish that a single participant created or used several accounts in order to multiply their chances of reaching the rewarded places, we reserve the right to withdraw any prize, to exclude them from future rewards and to delete the accounts concerned. Such a finding rests on technical evidence (device, connection address, playing behaviour) and the decision is ours.
• One account per device within a competition (rule in force since 15 September 2026). Several people in one household may play, and each of them may win, provided each plays with their own account, on their own. Sharing a computer or a tablet remains possible if everyone plays at their own time. However, playing the same competition on several accounts from the same device, switching from one to another at close intervals, is not allowed: it is a single person multiplying their entries. Detection is automatic. In that case, only the account that registered first for the competition stays in contention; the other accounts used this way are marked ineligible for the podium and prizes during the competition, then removed from its final standings.

Under the first rule, the standings are unaffected: everyone keeps their points and their position, and only the awarding of prizes is concerned. Under the one-account-per-device rule, the accounts concerned do not appear in the final standings of the competition.

5. Private contests and "stakes"

Contests are created and managed freely by users. If participants agree among themselves on a "stake" (for example a round of drinks or a meal), this is a strictly private, off-platform arrangement under the sole responsibility of the participants. ScoreMigos collects, holds and redistributes no money and is not a party to such arrangements.

6. Content and conduct

You agree not to post illegal, hateful, defamatory content or content infringing the rights of others (including in nicknames, group names and messages). We may moderate, hide or delete any content and suspend any account in case of breach.

7. Intellectual property

The site, its brand, texts and code are protected. Team, player and competition names belong to their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only. ScoreMigos is not affiliated with FIFA or any federation or organiser.

8. Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of continuous availability or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site. Predictions and recaps are provided for entertainment and do not constitute advice.

9. Personal data

The processing of your data is described in the privacy policy below.

10. Changes

These terms may change. The version published on this page prevails; continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the changes.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls under the competent courts of Brussels, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
